Are non-original batteries just as safe as original ones?
Yes, provided they are certified. CELLONIC batteries meet the same international safety standards as original ones (UN38.3 for transport, IEC 62133 for operation) and are individually tested before dispatch.
What is the warranty period for CELLONIC products?
A 3-year warranty on all batteries, chargers and charging stations. In the event of a fault, you will receive a replacement or a refund without any hassle.
Where do the products come from and how quickly are they delivered?
Shipped from our warehouse in Germany – usually within 2–5 days.
What does UN38.3 mean?
UN38.3 is a mandatory test for the transport of lithium batteries. It includes altitude simulation, temperature cycling between –40 °C and +75 °C, vibration, impact and short-circuit tests. Batteries without UN38.3 certification may not be shipped worldwide.
How long does a CELLONIC battery last?
Up to 500 charge cycles without any noticeable loss of performance – this typically corresponds to 2 to 4 years of use, depending on maintenance, temperature and usage intensity.
