The replacement battery had a larger capacity than the one that was replaced, and the machine therefore got somewhat longer operating time on battery.
I wasn't prepared for it to be thicker than the old one, but it does provide better ventilation than it did before, so all in all I'm very pleased with the product, which was delivered very quickly :-)
